Philanthropy

Our philanthropy, the Kindly Hearts Initiative, is centered on supporting children and teens who are experiencing foster care or homelessness. Through this initiative, Alpha Xi Delta raises awareness, fundraises, and partners with both national and local organizations that provide meaningful resources and support to young people in need. Nationally, we contribute to FosterClub and StandUp for Kids through campaigns like Letters of Love, a letter-writing and fundraising effort that allows Sisters to share why this cause matters to them while making a tangible difference. Locally, our chapter also collaborates with community organizations and hosts signature AmaXing Challenge events to raise funds and provide hands-on service. Together, these efforts reflect our commitment to creating a positive impact in the lives of children and teens.

The Kindly Hearts Initiative

Letters of Love
All Alpha Xi Delta chapters and alumnae associations participate in Letters of Love, Alpha Xi Delta’s national letter writing fundraising campaign. Held annually during the month of November this campaign benefits Alpha Xi Delta’s two Key Impact Organizations, StandUp for Kids and FosterClub. To learn more about Letters of Love, click here.
